Wednesday's Golden Knights wisdom about... deals

You know that you can't get enough of a good deal. That's why Vegas Golden Knights fans have been spoiled for so many years.

Everyone knows that the Vegas Golden Knights aren't one to shy away from a deal. It doesn't matter if it's bringing Victor Olofsson on a team-friendly $1.64 million deal or if it's trading Pavel Dorofeyev for a couple of first-round draft picks and an additional pick. The Golden Knights love their deals.

But trading and signing players isn't the only meaning of "deal." It's also when you go grocery shopping and see something marked down. Like, "Oh my goodness, I can't believe that I'm getting a steak for $6! Hallelujah!" Imagine a deal like that, which makes your day 10x better.

So, what can we learn about the occasional deal? Well, for starters, you'd better look hard and pounce on the right one. It doesn't matter if it's the aforementioned steak or the pizza. Go for it and give yourself something to eat for the week.

Heck, it doesn't even need to be food (hello, foodie here). It can also be television deals or Golden Knights tickets. After all, you don't want to pay too much for something. It'll feel like you're being ripped off (something that Kelly McCrimmon doesn't experience as much, thank goodness). Here's hoping you find an absolute bargain today!
