So, I talked about watch the Vegas Golden Knights during the Stanley Cup playoffs at Toshiba Plaza. I talked extensively about how it was worth going to one of these during the hotter months. Free Ghost Energy drinks, free hockey to view and even free tattoos! What more could you ask for.
But it got me thinking about the other places that you could go to for a viewing party. After all, the Golden Knights have plenty of places to watch the games during the regular season. It makes the Golden Knights one of the better NHL teams around, whether the haters want to admit it or not.
Now, we're going to exclude Toshiba Plaza since this usually happens during the Stanley Cup playoffs. Such experiences are one-of-a-kind and go all-out in overall entertainment value. Thus, it would be extremely unfair to these three places that shall be mentioned.
What do these three places bring to the table? What makes them stand out from the competition and how friendly are they for Golden Knights fans? It's time to prepare Golden Knights fans for the upcoming season and give them the best spots for the 2026-27 campaign! After all, August is the last month without any NHL hockey!
1.) Stadium Swim
Originally, I tried going to the Stadium Swim watch party on April 5, 2024, when the Golden Knights took on the Arizona Coyotes. However, the event was rained out and I had to drive home. The good news? My place was only 10 minutes from Circa Hotel and Casino. The bad news? They lost, 7-4, behind a disastrous third period.
Still, Stadium Swim is a chill time where you can watch sports on a ton of screens. Imagine having baseball, basketball, and hockey all on the same screen. It's a sports fan's ultimate dream as you can whet your appetite while watching in the pool.
2.) Fontainebleau
I was originally going to put Nacho Daddy on here, especially since their food is dynamite. But I went to see the Golden Knights take on the Columbus Blue Jackets on December 13, 2025. It was a fun experience that even had an ice rink!
There was also a nice Shirley Temple-like drink (or I think it was Dr. Pepper mixed with vanilla ice cream) that I had that was excellent. It's worth getting outside in the cooler temperatures to grab a seat before a Golden Knights game. Here's hoping that Vegas does another watch party during the 2026-27 season.
3.) Henderson Water District
First, there's free parking, so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg just to park your car. Second, there are plenty of places that you can check out after the game's over.
Personally, I loved the experience of watching hockey during the cooler months. You can pull up a lawn chair, watch the sun set, and root on the Vegas Golden Knights. It's the perfect experience that relaxes Golden Knights fans, even if the action seems a little too intense.
