The Vegas Golden Knights have plenty of representation in the 2026 Winter Olympics. You can look at the Americans, who are led by Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin. You can also point to the Canadian team that features superstars like Mitch Marner, Mark Stone, and Shea Theodore. Now that's a lot of love.

But there was even more love with names like Rasmus Andersson (Sweden), Akira Schmid (Switzerland), and Tomas Hertl (Czech Republic) in Milan. You can tell that the team has plenty of superstars on the squad when they're representing their nations. You can say that life is extremely good for Golden Knights fans right now.

With everything turning around for the franchise, it's time to see what's happening in the Olympic world. That can range from the best performers (keep in mind that you're not getting highlights here because the committee's a bunch of sticklers) to players who are trying their best.

So, let's take the realm to the international level and see what's happening. Be sure to get your pasta recipes up and cooking because it's time to head to Italy for this round-up. Don't forget to add extra sauce to the pasta, dear reader!

Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin get Free Bird fired up for Team USA

It took a little bit for Team USA to get going in its first two games, especially against Denmark. We're talking about the Danes having a 2-1 lead and living up to their moniker as being the "World's Happiest Country." But here comes Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin leading the charge, delivering assists and goals galore.

The result? A 6-3 win that pushed the United States closer to getting their precious gold medal. That's the expectation for the Americans, especially when they're facing a monolithic power in Canada. If Team USA wants to win, that means the Golden Knights' stars must take their country to the next level.

Team Canada is seeing Mark Stone and Mitch Marner thrive with a generational talent

Sidney Crosby has done it all. He's won Stanley Cups (three, in fact), gold medals, and Hart Memorial Trophies galore. He's also become a generational talent in the NHL, defining what it means to be a hockey player during the 2010s.

It turns out that Mark Stone and Mitch Marner got the ultimate chance to play alongside this legend. Lo and behold, they've blown out their opponents and are the heavy favorites to win gold. You gotta love it when two Golden Knights megastars get to make magic with a living legend.

Tomas Hertl and the Czech Republic rebound

After being humiliated by Team Canada, Tomas Hertl and the Czech Republic needed to rebound in a big way. Things were looking gloomy for Czechia as France mounted an impossible comeback.

However, the Czech Republic eventually responded and doubled up France, 6-3. Hertl himself had five shots in the game, pushing the offense forward. It's the type of game that Golden Knights fans can look forward to, especially if they want to go far in the Stanley Cup playoffs.
