We are all trying to adjust to life without the Vegas Golden Knights and hockey in general.

These are strange times we live in as we all continue to get used to no Vegas Golden Knights or sports in general.

Of course, there are much more serious things at play with thousands upon thousands of people affected by the coronavirus, or COVID-19 as it is being referred to.

Businesses across the world are being affected as more and more countries are going into lockdown in a bid to combat and limit the spread of the coronavirus.

More from Vegas Hockey Knight

Of course, most of us tend to cling to sports at times of unease and sadness in our life, which makes this whole situation a lot worse.

There is literally no sports to give us a crumb of comfort and to give us all a distraction, although the NFL has still been very active this week thanks to free agency.

However, other than the plethora of crazy deals that went down earlier this week, there is nothing else going on in the sports world.

But, we at Vegas Hockey Knight are here to help and here’s how we plan to do it…

What We Will Do

These are scary times right now with the coronavirus dominating every aspect of our everyday lives.

We are well aware that our loyal readers will want an escape and we are here for you every step of the way.

Now, while we have been active over the last week or so, we haven’t produced content at our normal rate.

There is one very simple reason for that.

We have been busy coming up with numerous content plans taking into account every single possibility.

We already have a plethora of off-season content in the pipeline, but we have been busy coming up with other ideas just in case hockey doesn’t return this year.

Obviously, we all hope that hockey does return in some way shape or form, but we’ve got contingency plans for every single scenario.

From today, you will start to see our usual volume of content as we bid to try and fill the void left by no Vegas Golden Knights hockey and sports in general.

We will start to sim games on NHL 20 for a bit of fun, while we still have the 2020 NHL Draft and Free Agency to look forward to.

As always, there are some lingering questions surrounding the Golden Knights, including their goaltender situation, and we will also look to cover all of that and much more in depth over the coming weeks.

We will also take a look back at some memorable moments from the Golden Knights’ historic inaugural year, while looking ahead by speculating about the future and what moves the front office could make in the off-season.

We will focus on prospects more too and we also encourage you, our loyal readers, to chip in with any ideas you would like to see on the site – simply leave your suggestions in the comment section below.

We are not experts by any means so we won’t even guess when hockey may be back, but we are prepared for a very long off-season and we promise we will do whatever it takes to get you all through these strange and scary times.

dark. Next. This could be the year of what ifs

We will get through this together.

Let’s Go Knights!
