Superintendent Chalmers: "Well, Seymour. I made it despite your directions."
Seymour Skinner: "Ah, Superintendent Chalmers, welcome! I hope you're prepared for an unforgettable hockey luncheon!"
Superintendent Chalmers: "Meah."
Seymour Skinner heads to the kitchen and check on his ham roast in the oven.
Seymour Skinner: "Oh egads! My roast is ruined!"
Skinner looks outside at T-Mobile Arena with wide eyes.
Seymour Skinner: "But what if... I got a list of the four best Vegas Golden Knights prospects and disguised it as my own cooking? Oh hoh hoh, delightfully devilish, Seymour."
Skinner opens the window and gets on the way out to T-Mobile Arena. Superintendent Chalmers enters the kitchen.
Superintendent Chalmers: "Ah-SEYMOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUR!"
Seymour Skinner: "Superintendent, I was just stretching my calves on the windowsill for the ice. Isometric exercises! Care to join me?"
Superintendent Chalmers: "Why is there smoke coming out of your oven, Seymour?"
Seymour Skinner: "Oh, that isn't smoke, that's just steam! Steam from the steamed Silver Knights! Mmm, steamed Silver Knights!"
Seymour jumps out of the window and goes towards T-Mobile Arena. He enters the dining room with a list of the four best Golden Knights prospects right now.
Seymour Skinner: "I hope you're ready for the four most mouthwatering Golden Knights prospects!"
Superintendent Chalmers: "I thought we were looking at the best Silver Knights."
Seymour Skinnner: "D'oh no, I said Golden Knights prospects. That's what I call Silver Knights."
Superintendent Chalmers: "You call the Silver Knights players Golden Knights prospects?"
Seymour Skinner: "Yes! It's a regional dialect."
Superintendent Chalmers: "Uh huh. What region?"
Seymour Skinner: "Upstate New York!"
Superintendent Chalmers: "Really? Well, I'm from Utica and I've never heard someone use the phrase "Golden Knights prospects." I've only heard of Jack Eichel on the Golden Knights."
Seymour Skinner: "Oh, not in Utica! It's an Albany expression."
Superintendent Chalmers: "I see. You know, some of these Golden Knights prospects are similar to the ones they have at America First Center."
Seymour Skinner: "Oh, no. Patented Skinner burgers. Old family recipe!"
Superintendent Chalmers: "Four Golden Knights prospects."
Seymour Skinner: "Yes!"
1.) Trevor Connelly
Connelly might've had a controversial past during his amateur days. However, his skills and offensive acumen make his game as hot as a kitchen fire (or an aurora borealis localized entirely in Seymour Skinner's kitchen).
In his short stint with the Silver Knights (six games), he scored a goal and three assists. At World Juniors (U-20), the Tustin native scored a goal and three assists. It's safe to say that Connelly knows how to steam a good ham on the ice.
2.) Carl Lindbom
Lindbom's play doesn't come from Krusty Burger. Instead, it hails from the cold hockey hotbed known as Sweden (William Karlsson knows that place). Last season with the Silver Knights, he posted a GAA of 2.65 and a save percentage of .912 (36 games).
He had an equally impressive campaign on loan with Sweden's Farjestad BK. Here, he posted a GAA of 2.12, a save percentage of .911, and two shutouts in 26 games.
Seymour's mother: "SEYMOUR, THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!"
Seymour Skinner: "No, mother! That's just Carl Lindbom in net!"
3.) Cameron Whitehead
What's the secret to Whitehead's goaltending success? Isometric exercises on the windowsill? Steamed clams?
Whatever it is, it's working for the Northeastern University product. Last season, he posted a GAA of 2.74, a save percentage of .911, and a shutout in 35 games.
4.) Mathieu Cataford
Fans know what Cataford can do on the ice. He wins pucks back on the forecheck, drives swiftly into the slot, and drives through in transition. Overall, he's an excellent offensive mind who can break down opposing defenses without any issues.
Last season, he scored 19 goals and 45 assists in 54 games with QMJHL's Rimouski Oceanic. Cataford knows how to provide unforgettable offensive luncheons and lead his team to victory.
