Sunday thoughts about... curses

You... Are... Cursed!

You know, Danhausen has grown on me in recent memory. His goofy charm and his admirable wit have led me to believe that he deserves more than a gimmicky place in the WWE. He deserves mainstream attention and his own show on ESPN.

Like, you literally see him on the Vegas Golden Knights' jumbotron cursing goaltenders. Lo and behold, it works most of the time as netminders like Karel Vejmelka, leading to Golden Knights goals.

The Golden Knights will need Danhausen to put another curse on the Anaheim Ducks, come Monday. They're going up against a team that won all three regular season games and showed that they belonged on the NHL scene. Names like Cutter Gauthier, Leo Carlsson, and Lukas Dostal are enough to give the Golden Knights trouble again.

Therefore, Vegas needs Danhausen to lay a curse on someone. Maybe it's Joel Quenneville so that John Tortorella, the American hero, can get the coaching advantage in the series. Perhaps it's Carlsson who deserves a curse for November 8.

So who am I selecting for my little curse?

That's for you, Romeo High School, for four miserable years and for a wave of annoying Gen Z kids who don't deserve to be pro athletes or YouTube stars. May all your aspiring undrafted players who attended your high school never make a league again. You're cursed as well, Anaheim. Disney is an abomination on our society, creating a generation of stunted adults.
