Can you imagine how annoying that sounds when you sit next to someone on a flight? Almost as annoying as someone gnashing their gum like they're a camel in the Sahara? The only difference is that the coughing is involuntary, so it's more forgiven than the idiot who stuffs their faces and chomps loudly (and SNAPS THEIR GUM).

But here's the thing. The Vegas Golden Knights are coughing right now. Badly. Like they're about to choke on their ribeye steak at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. But that's not the funniest part.

The Pacific Division has been absolutely abysmal this season. We're talking about every team losing on the same day they play. No joke. Look at this if you will. This is from Saturday's slate of games.

What are we even doing here? Like you're supposed to be competitive and win games. Instead, you're coughing up chances to catch up to the competition. You're throwing your lungs up and you're vomiting your way to the bottom.

If this is the case for the rest of the season, the Golden Knights might just back their way into the postseason. Granted, they'll just get booted out of the first round if they do. But it'll cap off a bizarre season that'll end in a disappointing fashion.
