Jack Eichel and Vegas Golden Knights fans received some fun news on Thursday morning. The Vegas superstar is set to appear in a docu-series on Amazon, highlighting the lives of various NHL players. Prime Video will give hockey fans access to the biggest stars through different points of their careers. Fans will look at what it takes to succeed in the NHL, down to the grit, sweat, and sacrifice.

Eichel will be accompanied by other superstars, including David Pastrnak, Quinn Hughes, and world-famous flying elbower, Jacob Trouba. That will include a behind-the-scenes look at the 2024 Stanley Cup Final, where Connor McDavid, Matthew Tkachuk, and their teammates and families are shown. Here's hoping Eichel didn't catch a stray elbow from the New York Rangers defenseman.

Now that looks like it would be great drama to watch. Contract negotiations, playoff pressure, and the biggest stars seeing their families. It makes for must-see television (or streaming) that has the viewers on the edge of their seats. Will the superstar re-sign with his team? Is Pastrnak going to see his daughter in the offseason?

One thing Golden Knights fans hope gets highlighted is Eichel taking orders at Raising Cane's. It would make for a lighthearted moment that puts the Vegas center in the same atmosphere as regular people. Why not feature the superstar handing out food to hungry customers on a random day?

Why not look at three other Vegas players who'd be interesting characters in a docu-series? There are other interesting personalities on the team, with hockey fans seeing the behind-the-scenes fun. Let's look at three other Vegas Golden Knights stars who should star in their own Amazon series.

Adin Hill, Vegas Golden Knights goaltender

Picture this. Adin Hill gets his docu-series, where fans see a day in the goaltender's life. He goes to various places and events, including a UNLV Runnin' Rebels football game. Fans will see the lighter side of last season's Stanley Cup Final hero. Let's call it... "King of the Hill." Wait, there's already a show with that name? Okay, fine. Let's work on the name later.

But imagine a docu-series where Hill goes through his daily routine, from warming up to the in-game action. There are other angles Amazon could work with the goalie. For example, what was his reaction to being traded from the San Jose Sharks to the Vegas Golden Knights? How did he feel after stopping Nick Cousins with a breathtaking save in last season's Stanley Cup Final? There's plenty of material to work with regarding the star.

He always seemed like a Hank Hill-type personality, being level-headed and reserved. That's why many people fell in love with the character, aside from his conviction and unintentional humor. However, the goaltender probably doesn't love propane and propane accessories as much, being that he's from British Columbia. Hopefully, Adin Hill doesn't have a crazy friend who throws pocket sand and goes "shi shi sha."

William Karlsson

It's already been highlighted how William Karlsson would have a great backstory told by Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth. How fitting would it be to have the Marvel superstar play the Swedish star in a movie? But Karlsson would also be a good fit for a docu-series for various reasons.

The Stanley Cup parade speech is one, with a behind-the-scenes look at what prompted the center's praises for Jonathan Marchessault. But let's look at other aspects of his life other than the speech. It's the low-hanging fruit associated with Karlsson, so there must be some other things that make the beloved "Misfit" interesting.

Luckily, there is, starting with his dog, Obi. Fans can get an in-depth look at the Golden/Jindo mix's life and the backstory behind his journey to William Karlsson's life. That includes surviving a Korean dog meat trade and playing with his beloved pet parents.

There's also his love for his favorite sports club, AIK. The Swedish forward can talk about his passion for the team and how he wanted to play for their soccer team growing up. There's plenty of material to work with regarding the "Original Misfit," which would make for a riveting viewing experience.

Alec Martinez

Now, you're probably wondering why the defenseman was chosen. Why pick Alec Martinez for a docu-series when there are others, such as Marchessault and Mark Stone? Here's the thing. Those are easy picks for Amazon to do, for people want to see what's happening with those players. Plus, they're in demand with the fanbase, making them obvious picks.

However, there's plenty to uncover about Martinez, such as his hockey journey growing up. Here, he can talk about growing up in Michigan before making a brief stop in Fremont, California. That would include his time with the Santa Clara Blackhawks and San Jose Jr. Sharks, which covers his youth hockey experience. There are also questions about his Cup-clinching goal in the 2014 Stanley Cup Final. But that wouldn't be the main reason for picking the defenseman to partake in the docu-series.

Another unique aspect about Alec Martinez is he's an avid Detroit Lions fan. Growing up in Rochester Hills, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit), fans can hear about the pain and misery suffered by the three-time Stanley Cup champion and his favorite football team. They can also get a first-hand experience of Martinez watching the NFC Championship between the Lions and San Francisco 49ers.
