Look, we all know that Jack Eichel is really good at hockey. The Vegas Golden Knights superstar has made a living as an offensive merchant and as a teammate who makes his teammates better. Just look at what he's done with players like Jonathan Marchessault (remember those 42 goals in 2023-24?).
I mean, is it any surprise that Eichel is known for multi-point games? He has 95 multi-point games during his Vegas residency, which is incredible. In fact, he has 25 games of three or more points, putting him tied for second-most in franchise history.

The deed was done on Saturday, when Eichel had three assists in a 5-1 blowout of the Edmonton Oilers. The gold medalist has 25 goals and 57 assists this season, capping off another incredible campaign. The center has 25 multi-point games this season for the Golden Knights, making him the de facto offensive centerpiece.
More is in store for Jack Eichel as the Vegas Golden Knights' centerpiece for years to come
Last season, Jack Eichel broke a few Golden Knights' franchise records without Mitch Marner. He broke the single-season record for assists (66) and points (94), bringing his presence to the forefront of the elite player conversation.
As mentioned, fans already knew how much better he made his Golden Knights teammates, starting with Marchessault. The Original Misfit better thank Eichel for that new contract he got because where would he be without his former linemate? Not getting $5.5 million per year, that's for sure.
But there's more to the story than this stat. He's done this incredible feat against playoff-caliber teams like the Oilers, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Carolina Hurricanes, and the Utah Mammoth. He's shown that he can raise his game when called upon, making him valuable to the Golden Knights organization.
I mean, when you score six goals and 20 assists during a Stanley Cup run in 2023, you're going to get noticed. He had seven multi-point games during that run, putting him within inches of grabbing the Conn Smythe trophy. All of that should put him on the map for years to come in the NHL's elite group.
And rightfully so, too. Eichel has come a long way since his controversial exit from the Buffalo Sabres. He got the surgery he wanted and has thrived in a less toxic environment as well. In turn, fans have embraced him and he's become a community staple. What an ending and a great chance for a sequel, eh?
