Do you know what I hate? Incompetent businesses. They're bound to screw up something in your life, whether it's delaying your flight (or even cancelling your flight) because they mismanaged the flight schedule. It can also involve getting cold fries from the drive-thru.

I'm officially calling for businesses and organizations to do better. Get your acts together or you're not getting my money!

That's the feeling that numerous Vegas Golden Knights fans have had about the team this season. They're underwhelmed by the team's 11-6-8 start and want more than a mere 30 points. They want to dominate everyone and take over North America. You know. Normal things.

With that, I feel you on that front, Golden Knights fans. I understand where you're coming from and am in your corner. Here's hoping that Vegas picks up the pace in December.

On that note, here's what's happening around the league. It involves news from your hometown team and even involves a gritty goal that you must see (no, seriously).

Carl Lindbom gets sent down to the Henderson Silver Knights to make way for a veteran netminder

According to Kevin Weekes, the Vegas Golden Knights called up Carter Hart from his conditioning stint and expect him to start on Tuesday. That meant Carl Lindbom was bumped from the lineup and sent down to the Henderson Silver Knights. That also meant that Jordan Papirny was sent down to the Tahoe Knight Monsters.

Overall, it's been a tougher go for the Stockholm native. He's faced tougher competition, such as the Colorado Avalanche, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Florida Panthers, taking on gritty (not the mascot) offenses. The result? A GAA of 3.14, a save percentage of .870, and a record of 1-4-2.

The good news is that he got a much-needed win against the San Jose Sharks on Saturday. That should build up some confidence as he heads down to the Silver Knights. However, he still needs some seasoning to correct some goaltending issues.

Kyle Palmieri has the guttiest play that even Golden Knights fans will appreciate

This upcoming play is something that even Vegas Golden Knights fans will appreciate. It involves New York Islanders forward Kyle Palmieri getting an assist on Friday.

Despite scoring the assist, Palmieri tore his left ACL and is expected to be out between six to eight months. Still, you must admire his effort to steal the puck and set up Jonathan Drouin for a nifty goal. It's something that Hollywood would jump on, casting Nicolas Cage or Henry Cavill to play the role of the Islanders forward.

"Golden" opportunity for the Golden Knights to take the Pacific Division lead?

After having a weird start to the season, the Golden Knights can do something on Tuesday that fans wouldn't currently expect: hop into first place in the Pacific Division. That means some help from the St. Louis Blues and the Washington Capitals.

Granted, the Ducks are facing off against the Blues on Monday. They're feeling, well, blue this season. However, the Golden Knights can jump back into first place with a win against the Chicago Blackhawks, along with regulation losses by the Ducks and the Los Angeles Kings.

Hey, anything can happen.
