So you're looking to get out of the house. You don't have tickets to the Vegas Golden Knights game tonight. However, you're not necessarily looking to go to T-Mobile Arena for a game. No, tickets are a tad expensive.

Instead, you're looking for something a little more... personal. Maybe you want to go to a local restaurant and watch the hockey game. Have no fear, dear reader! I have you covered.

I was going to say one particular location in Henderson for optimal viewing. I went there on a date once and had a good time. However, I pulled up the location and found out they permanently closed down.

No more protein bowls and cowboy burgers for me, I guess... Bummer.

But! I have three backup locations that can fill the void.
Some of these are familiar to Golden Knights fans, given their proximity and commitment to the team. These spots are ideal for the average Golden Knights fan to check out, whether you're on the Strip or in Henderson.

1.) Beerhaus

About a three-minute walk from T-Mobile Arena, Beerhaus is perfect for Golden Knights fans who can't make the game. You can either sit outside and people-watch pedestrians on the Las Vegas Strip or stay inside. It comes with a witty sign on game day, dunking on the opposing team coming into town.

The best part? It's entirely NHL-themed. The predominant theme is obviously Golden Knights-related. However, you can't go wrong with 31 other teams being represented.

2.) Nacho Daddy

I remember going to a Golden Knights watch party where the hometown team faced off against the New Jersey Devils. Ultimately, they lost in overtime, 6-5. But I won a swag bag from a raffle!

If you're a fan of Mexican food and want to take a break from attending the games, this is for you. I liked it since the overall vibe was good and I enjoyed watching while sitting barside.

3.) Yard House at Town Square

This past weekend, I went to Yard House at Town Square. This was before I went to see the new Superman movie, mind you. I sat down and was served some of the best birria and fish tacos on the planet!

The server told me they had just been put on the menu. Now I know where to go for my birria fix!

I highly recommend checking this place, particularly at Town Square, if you're looking to get out of the house. The tacos themselves are worth checking out.
