They won’t go on the clock until Round Three with the No. 68 overall pick, although there should still be plenty of talent on the board by that point.

However, there was a lot of high-end talent that ended up falling out of the First Round and there will be some notable prospects up for grabs early in the Second Round.

There are a handful of players in particular that could have been taken late in the opening round, and those teams picking at the top of the Second will certainly have the chance to significantly bolster their farm system.

So, should the Golden Knights consider trading up?

They could package some of their later picks together in order to move up into the Second Round, where there will certainly be plenty of choice.

So, without further ado, let’s take a look at the three players the Golden Knights could consider drafting if they decided to trade up to get into the Second Round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
