Vegas Golden Knights: Three bold predictions for Pacioretty in St. Louis

2. Pacioretty to run riot three-on-three

Given that he will be well-rested due to not taking part in any of the events in the NHL Skills Competition on Friday, the stage is set for Max Pacioretty to wreak havoc on Saturday.

Played in a three-on-three format in what is a three-game tournament, Pacioretty will be hoping to help the Pacific Division see off the challenge from the Central Division and set up a final showdown against either the Metro or the Atlantic.

And the main event of the weekend at Enterprise Center should be a lot of fun for Pacioretty.

After all, just think of some of the elite talent he will be going out on the ice with.

From Connor McDavid to Leon Draisaitl to Elias Pettersson to Quinn Hughes, Pacioretty will have an abundance of riches when it comes to potential linemates.

That’s not forgetting the likes of Anze Kopitar, Tomas Hertl and Matthew Tkachuk, either.

Just imagine a scenario that sees Pacioretty in open ice and wind up to unleash a deadly one-timer from a silky McDavid dish?

Or Pacioretty feeding Hughes with an outstanding pass for the rookie phenom to bury his first goal at the All-Star Game.

It is pretty exciting to think about and, as such, we predict that Pacioretty will run riot and be one of the leading men for the Pacific Division.
