Balanced scoring could be a problem
Adin Hill hasn't had the best season so far. He's had a slow start, allowing 3.85 goals per game and yielding a save percentage of .864. While there's plenty of time for the British Columbia native to turn things around, he's facing a Calgary Flames team scoring 3.50 goals per game.
That could be bad news for a netminder trying to right the ship. The Flames have had quality contributors such as Andersson, Jonathan Huberdeau, and Nazem Kadri (four goals each). The balanced scoring makes them dangerous on any line, where they can pepper Hill with countless shots.
While they're not going to shoot the puck (222 shots, tied for 26th in the NHL), they're efficient with how they shoot (12.6%, eighth in the NHL). That's where Hill must be careful, whether they're shooting from the point or the high slot. That's how the Flames won their first four games, putting on a masterclass in finding the right spot.
