1.) Jack Eichel

What more is there to say about Jack Eichel? He's the team leader in assists (28, second in the NHL), points (36, tied for third in the NHL), and power play assists (11). The four-time All-Star has been the unequivocal leader of the Vegas Golden Knights, catapulting them to first place in the Pacific Division.

But it goes beyond simple assists and goals. Eichel is producing 3.22 assists per 60 minutes and 4.14 points per 60 minutes (according to MoneyPuck). He's scoring points at an astonishing clip, making him one of the league's most dangerous players.

A healthy Eichel will lead the Golden Knights on another deep Stanley Cup playoff run. He's a quintessential playmaker who's shown his defensive chops in crucial moments. That's the type of leader the team needs, especially when fending off division rivals such as the Los Angeles Kings and Edmonton Oilers. Otherwise, they would've been stuck in mid-level purgatory with most of their division mates.
