Having one of the more balanced offenses in the NHL is a great thing. But who brings the most balance to the Vegas Golden Knights?

"Hi ho hi ho
It's off to work we go!
"

That's the unofficial work anthem for many people, getting ready to punch in for another productive shift. They hope their production helps the company, leading to higher raises and a better position, coming to those who've earned it. But for some, that's not the case in today's world.

Still, the Vegas Golden Knights believe in hard work, creating countless goals on the offense. Names like Mark Stone and Max Pacioretty have established themselves as key pieces, setting up teammates for perfectly timed goals. They've also scored such goals, making the Golden Knights a dominant force in the NHL.

There are also newer faces on the team ready to clock in, including Noah Hanifin and Tomas Hertl. These Golden Knights will play in their first full season, joining the likes of Jack Eichel to bring another Stanley Cup to Las Vegas. Whether fans and the team will have another Hangover-like adventure with Lord Stanley remains to be seen.

Still, the workman-like mentality is being honored in today's post. Who's the most workman-like player on the Vegas Golden Knights in a single season? Who scored the most points per game for the team in one hockey year? Here's who holds the single-season record for the Golden Knights for being the most scoring-minded player.

Mark Stone scored the most points per game for the Vegas Golden Knights with 1.11 in 2020-21

This category was fairly close, with 0.03 points separating the leader. It was between one of the more iconic players in today's NHL and the Captain. That always makes for an epic battle, especially for the top spot. So who won out for the Golden Knights in a single season?

That would be Mark Stone, who scored 1.11 points per game in 2020-21. The Captain scored 21 goals and 40 assists in 55 games, which was impressive. Imagine if COVID-19 didn't happen and the NHL played a full season that year. Stone would've flirted with 90 points or more for the Vegas Golden Knights.

Coming close in second place is Jack Eichel with 1.08 points per game in 2023-24. Like Stone, the former second-overall pick didn't play a full season, only appearing in 63 games. However, he did score 31 goals and 37 assists, making him one of the more valuable pieces for Vegas. Imagine if a lower-body injury didn't keep him out for a lengthy period. Following behind in third was Max Pacioretty with 1.06 points per game in 2020-21.

The Golden Knights look to dig their way to another Stanley Cup this season, employing new faces for a whole season. They might face some tough adversaries on the way, i.e. the Vancouver Canucks or Edmonton Oilers. However, it's business as usual and off to work they go.
