Imagine this: You're heading on a flight that'll take you to your connecting plane as you head to Zurich, Switzerland. You're at Harry Reid International Airport, looking for a solid place to sit and eat. From the corner of your eye is a place called Vegas Born Bar & Grill, a new establishment celebrating everything involving the Vegas Golden Knights.
The restaurant has everything a fan could want, from a knight in golden armor to a wallpaper adorned with Mark Stone and Jack Eichel hoisting the Stanley Cup. Plus, multiple television screens sit for watching big games, making your trip much more manageable. You figure you'd sit down and try before you leave. After all, a good burger and fries didn't hurt anybody, right?
You're blown away by the tastes and savory flavors and want to come back again. Everything tastes right, from the burger's juiciness to the hot fries! The only problem is you must catch your flight and check in before the plane departs. Someday, you'll return to this incredible place and soak in the hockey atmosphere. But it's time to hurry to the flight before it's too late!

After dealing with countless aloof people without self-awareness and rerouted flights, I was happy to return to Las Vegas. So I decided to eat at this establishment and rest my tired feet. What was in store for me in the newest bar/grill? What item did I try on the menu? It's time to go full-Jacob Orth and check out the newest Vegas staple.

Before I left for Romania, a restaurant caught my eye. The Vegas Born Bar & Grill sat by my gate and had plenty of eye-catching stuff. There was a suit of armor adorned in gold and various pictures of the Vegas Golden Knights. Whether it was Jonathan Marchessault or Jack Eichel hoisting the Stanley Cup, it looked like a love letter to hockey fans in Sin City.
I spent the week in Vlad Dracula's homeland, exploring a salt mine in Turda and checking out a botanical garden in Cluj-Napoca. The trip cleared my head and helped me relax easier, with the return home approaching. After spending the night in Munich, I was finally heading back to Las Vegas and was ready to hop on the last plane. Harry Reid International Airport, here I come!
Once I returned, there it was! It was waiting for me and I waited to be seated. LSU/USC was playing on the television as I was seated by my waitress. Looking around, I saw the environment match up well with the Golden Knights and what they were about. Hockey pictures and Vegas paraphernalia decorated the restaurant, capturing the atmosphere perfectly. As I got the menu I looked at what I wanted. So many delectable options were in front of me. However, I went with the obvious choice...
