Predicting Jack Eichel's stats in 2024-25

Jack Eichel has yet to play a full 82-game season for the Vegas Golden Knights. He's been in a similar boat with Mark Stone in recent years, dealing with injuries throughout his Vegas hockey career. Therefore, it's expected that these could play a role in what he produces during his 2024-25 campaign.

So what will Eichel's stats consist of during the new season? Let's go with 40 goals and 46 assists in 2024-25, where he'll break William Karlsson's single-season points record of 78. That would also break his career-high of 82 in 2018-19, where he was the anchor of a middling Sabres team. Finally, the hockey world sees what the 4 Nations Face-Off participant is, for he's broken out into megastardom.

Of course, this hinges on if he doesn't get hurt during the regular season. Eichel has had his fair share of lower-body injuries hurt him during his Golden Knights career, leaving him sidelined for part of 2023-24. That's partly why Vegas fell in the first round, for their positioning suffered without their main star. Hopefully, the new hockey year will provide Eichel and the Golden Knights a chance to add some goals on the score sheet.
