Brett Howden continues to impress Golden Knights fans

Brett Howden continues his trek through the NHL sphere, notching two goals in Friday's victory. He's showcasing his speed on the ice, which was responsible for the Vegas Golden Knights's first goal. However, it was the game-winner that caught the attention of hockey fans in North America.

This wouldn't have been possible without William Karlsson's Sportscenter-esque pass to Howden. However, the newly extended forward has developed his offensive skill set, becoming better with his positioning and shot. In turn, it's led to him having a career-high in goals after Friday's game.

That goal is a perfect example, as the Jets are distracted with Karlsson. Little do they know that Howden pulls up to Mike Comrie's stick side for the game-winner. It's a perfect example of how the forward has developed into an all-around weapon for his team.

With each passing game, Kelly McCrimmon looks more intelligent for locking the 26-year-old to a five-year, $2.5 million AAV deal. It's a move that'll help with keeping a big name like Jack Eichel around. However, It'll also provide ample offense in the lower lines, making the Golden Knights more dangerous offensively.
