3.) Pavel Dorofeyev
If you're looking for a dark horse to break the century mark, look no further. Dorofeyev was the team's leading goal-scorer this past season, scoring 35 goals for the Golden Knights. He also made a killing on the power play with 13 goals, ushering in a breakout season.
The 24-year-old has an incredible ceiling that he's bound to break. He's armed with a hard shot and a penchant for being shifty during the entire game. These two assets could catapult him to the team's first 100-point player, adding another broken ceiling in the process.
If given the top line spot, he could benefit further from having two excellent facilitators. Marner and Eichel are proven playmakers who can set up their linemates for success. It doesn't matter if it's in transition or if they're still in the offensive zone.
Take Jonathan Marchessault as a perfect example. He scored 42 goals in 2023-24 when put on Eichel's wing. Imagine the type of season Dorofeyev could have if he was given the opportunity to play alongside the two megastars.
