The Vegas Golden Knights are three games away from its first every Stanley Cup in franchise history after taking Game 1 against the Florida Panthers.
Game 2 is set for Monday night and if you want my best bet for the event, along with the odds for it, you can find those in my betting preview here.
In this article, I’m going to break down my favorite prop bets for the Golden Knights. I have two of them locked it, so let’s jump into them.
Golden Knights prop bets for Stanley Cup Final Game 2
- Jonathan Marchessault OVER 0.5 points (-155)
- Mark Stone OVER 2.5 shots on goal (+110)
Jonathan Marchessault OVER 0.5 points (-155)
Jonathan Marchessault extended his point streak to six in Game 1 against the Panthers by scoring a goal en route to a 5-2 victory. He’s been arguably the best player for the Golden Knights in the postseason and has continuously found ways to find the score sheet.
I see no reason why we shouldn’t continue to back this bet until it no longer hits.
Mark Stone OVER 2.5 shots on goal (+110)
Mark Stone scored in Game 1, but that wasn’t the most notable thing in the box score for him. The think that sticks out to me the most is he had seven shots on goal. The performance has now made it three straight games where he’s recorded at least six shots on goal.
His time on ice increased as well. He had 26 shifts for 20:55 in Game 1 so if those numbers repeat in Game 2, getting plus-money on him to record three shots on net seems like a fantastic bet to make.
