The Vegas Golden Knights joined the NHL in 2017-18 and immediately hit the ground running making it all the way to the Stanley Cup Final in their first season. Now, in 2023 they find themselves back in the Final once again with a goal song that hopefully will be playing a lot.

The Golden Knights scored 272 goals during the regular season this year. Heading into the Stanley Cup Final they have registered 30 goals throughout their nine home games so far. That has been 30 opportunities for Golden Knights fans to hear their team’s goal song.

What is the Vegas Golden Knights’ goal song?

The Golden Knights’ goal song is ‘Vegas Lights’ by Panic! At The Disco. The chorus of the song is blasted after every Golden Knights’ goal at home which has been the case going back to their first season in the league. They are one of two teams who incorporated their actual city into their goal song choice; the other being the Carolina Hurricanes.

You can listen to the entire song here:

The Golden Knights’ goal song is strong on its own, however, once it is paired with the goal horn and the crowd it becomes that much more electric. Fans at the stadium chant “Go Knights Go” throughout the song and goal horn which creates a super exciting atmosphere that will be fun to see in the coming weeks.

If you want to hear some of the goal song accompanied by the goal horn and crowd, check out this goal from William Karlsson during the Western Conference Final.

Karlsson leads the team in goals so far this postseason with ten, but Jonathan Marchessault is close behind with nine. In the history of the Golden Knights, Marchessault leads the franchise with 30 playoff goals followed close behind by Karlsson with 27.

The Golden Knights begin their matchup with the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup Final on Saturday, June 3 in Vegas at 8 p.m. ET.
