The Vegas Golden Knights have returned to the Stanley Cup Final for the second time in their short history of a franchise, but this time they plan on winning it.

If you want to see the betting odds to win the game as well as my prediction, you can find that here.

In this article, I’m going to give you two player props for members of the Golden Knights.

Let’s dive into them.

NHL prop bets for Stanley Cup Final Game 1

  • Jonathan Marchessault OVER 0.5 points (-150)
  • Adin Hill OVER 29.5 saves (-106)

Jonathan Marchessault OVER 0.5 points (-150)

Jonathan Marchessault is one of my picks to win the Conn Smythe Trophy, so I think he’ll get off to a hot start in the Stanley Cup Final and record at least one point tonight.

He’s averaging a point per game so far in the playoffs and he recorded seven total points in six games against the Stars. As long as Bobrovsky doesn’t stand on his head for 60 minutes again like he has all postseason, Marchessault is in a good spot to record a point tonight.

Adin Hill OVER 29.5 saves (-106)

Adin Hill is the unsung hero of the NHL Playoffs, sporting a .937 save percentage through the first three rounds. That’s an even better mark than Sergei Bobrovsky, whose save percentage in the postseason is .935.

The Panthers are averaging 28.3 shots on net per game in the playoffs, but with the Golden Knights allowing 31.44, we may see a slight ticket up in that number, especially given how much an offensive game Florida plays.

I like Hill to hit at least 30 saves tonight.
