The Vegas Golden Knights are making roster cuts in preparation for the season opener against the Los Angeles Kings on October 11 with a flurry of players being assigned to the Henderson Silver Knights in the AHL. A vast majority of the moves are of no surprise and should serve as a good pivot to seeing how Cassidy and company will approach the roster make ups.

Eight players that were apart of training camp were also assigned to their respective junior league teams.
