The Vegas Golden Knights are on the road heading to Philadelphia tonight to take on the Flyers. The Golden Knights have won back-to-back games for the first time in quite awhile, and now they will be looking to make it three in a row.

It’s been awhile since the Golden Knights have been able to truly play good hockey in all three zones, but the last couple games, we’ve started really seeing things click. Seeing Eichel out there in the lineup gives the Knights a much needed boost with Mark Stone out. However, more importantly for the time being, the Golden Knights got Max Pacioretty back.

Going into this game, the Golden Knights will look to continue getting wins while they can. Because, well, lets face it- this game is a gimmie. The Knights need to capitalize on this game and get all the points they can.

Going into tonight’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers, the Knights sit third in the pacific with 68 points. They have played in once less game than the Los Angeles Kings but, the Kings do have three points on the Knights.

As for the Calgary Flames, the Flames have played in two less games than the Knights but have seven more points than the Knights. So, the Knights can obviously use any easy games they can get. Tonight should be an easy game for them.

So, looking at tonight’s game, what will the lines look like?

Injury Updates

Alec Martinez: Alec Martinez was seen practicing all week with the Golden Knights and was wearing a grey jersey. Although the grey jersey signifies that he should be good to go, we’ve seen him in it before and then hit a lull. Hopefully, that’s not the case and Martinez is going to get back sooner rather than later, but Pete DeBoer has stated multiple times that Martinez is not ready to return.

Nolan Patrick: Nolan Patrick has been battling an upper-body injury since the hit to his head from Nathan MacKinnon. We’ve seen him skate and practice in a red no-contact jersey this week but it came out yesterday that the Golden Knights were going to be adding him to the IR. That means he will be out for a week or until he’s ready to return.

Mattias Janmark: Mattias Janmark will miss some time after leaving the game early against the Coyotes. I’d assume that the injury he is dealing with has to do with the hit he received from Ritchie on Friday.

Brayden McNabb: Brayden McNabb was recently placed on IR after leaving early against the Bruins. More than likely he is going out for a week or two while he recovers. But, in his absence, he will have players ready to take his spot.
