Jonathan Marchessault

Jonathan Marchessault. That’s it. That’s takeaway one. He deserves every bit of it given his play. He has played terrific this season. I mean, seriously, how can you not say that he’s been one of the best players this season? He absolutely has been.

Jonathan Marchessault has played in 28 games this season for the Vegas Golden Knights and has 16 goals, eight assists for 24 total points. Marchessault, who is a original member of the misfit line, has been one of the best players on the Knights team this season. Through everything they’ve had to endure, Marchessault has consistently gone out there and performed. Yesterday as no different.

The Vegas Golden Knights were without forwards: Mark Stone, Brett Howden, and Evgenii Dadonov, and Marchessault once again stepped up in their absences. He recorded two goals along with an assist for three total points yesterday in the 6-3 win against the Kings.

Marchessault was definitely a bright spot on the Vegas Golden Knights roster, and has been all season. If he can keep this up throughout the season, not only will the Knights be in good shape for the playoffs, but they could definitely win it all this season.
