Islanders vs Knights: Date, Time, How to Watch and More
The Vegas Knights are obviously struggling right now, but that’s not all their fault. The most recent losses have came from very good teams, and the Knights have been injury prone. Looking to turn their fortune around, they will take on the New York Islanders tonight.
The Vegas Knights have started the season 1-3-0. However, since game two they have lost: Alec Martinez, Mark Stone, and Max Pacioretty. So it’s safe to say that the Islanders will be facing a very depleted Vegas lineup. However, while playing against the Oilers, there were a couple people who really stepped up big. Which we’re going to need a lot more of going forward while Stone, Pacioretty, Martinez, and Whitecloud are recovering.
Against the Oilers, Nicolas Roy came in big with the first goal of the game. Whitecloud who was right in front of the blue line, took the chance on goal, and Nicolas Roy came in with a nice deflection goal. The second goal was deflected in by new Knight, Nolan Patrick. Patrick hasn’t really done much, but his presence on the ice was known. Looking at the third goal, it was by Nicolas Hague.
With the game tonight against the Islanders, the Knights will look to get their first win since week one against the Kraken. However, with Stone, Pacioretty, Martinez, and Whitecloud out, who will fill those voids in the lines?
