The Vegas Knights star, Mark Stone, leaves the game early with apparent lower body injury.

The Vegas Golden Knights star right wing, Mark Stone, left the game early in the second period with an apparent lower body injury. Although no information has been released, here’s what we know.

Mark Stone had a very nice takeaway in the neutral zone before making a move into the offensive zone. After making a move to his right, he ended up showing signs of immediate pain. He was able to skate off on his own weight, though it was clear there was discomfort. He ended up skating to the bench and immediately started heading to the locker room. Although it was hard to tell, it appeared he was putting zero pressure on his leg as he was heading to the locker room.

Based upon the view we got during the game, it appeared that Stone might’ve injured his knee although not confirmed. Will inform as more information is released.
