Three Stars of the Game
- Max Pacioretty has been on an absolute tear all year and the forward was at it again against the Philadelphia Flyers. Pacioretty tallied a two-point night with two goals and both came at critical periods in the game. The forward is really playing at the peak of his powers right now and he boasts one of the most dangerous releases in the NHL.
- Paul Stastny hasn’t been enjoying a vintage year so far, with playing up and down the lineup obviously hurting the forward’s momentum. However, paired on a third line between William Carrier and Cody Glass, Stastny thrived against the Flyers and he finished with two assists, both of them primary helpers.
- Brayden McNabb may have finished the game without a point and with a -2 rating, but he can take a lot of the credit for the Vegas Golden Knights going on to win the game. Because, with the Flyers handed a 6-on-3 advantage in the final minutes, McNabb made two huge plays including a big block to keep Philadelphia’s power play at bay. It was a huge shift from the defenseman.
The Official Three Stars

Looking Ahead
The Vegas Golden Knights have four games left on this seven-game homestand, which continues against the reigning Stanley Cup champions the St. Louis Blues on Saturday.
The Knights will then conclude the homestand with tough matchups against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the LA Kings and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
