The Vegas Golden Knights fan experience at T-Mobile Arena is second to none.

We all know how deafening the Vegas Golden Knights fans are at T-Mobile Arena. But when I actually attended the last three home games, I didn’t think it would be that loud. Whether it was the “Go Knights Go” chants, “Vegas Lights” blaring throughout the sound system after a Golden Knights goal or the moment the team clinched the Pacific division, the experience at a Golden Knights game is something special.

Let’s just start at the beginning walking down the strip to the game. The sea of jerseys spreading around town is a very cool sight to see. A sight that no Las Vegas local thought they would ever imagine.

Entering the arena during the team’s fan appreciation week means there are giveaways during every game. Posters, flags stickers, pictures, you name it. The team is definitely setting the right example as an expansion franchise out of the gate.

Looking at the ice is always a beautiful view, but just by walking around the arena, you can see anywhere in the building. No matter if you’re at ice level, upper balcony or the press box, there’s an amazing view of all the action. I could sit in any seat and be perfectly happy with where I’m sitting.

The ushers at the venue were very helpful and made sure they assist everyone who needs help finding their seat. Another thing I’m a fan of is the ushers doesn’t allow people to walk in sections during play. Instead, they wait for a stoppage of play and then let fans to get back to their seating locations.

The pregame ceremonies were top-notch. The ten-second countdown led by in-arena hosts Mark Shunock or Big D to “Knight Time” and the lights going out is one of the coolest pump ups I’ve ever seen. The Knight lifting the sword from the ice has Las Vegas written all over it- in a good way!

That followed with a dramatic highlight package of the best Golden Knights goals, hits, and saves. After the Golden Knights “Drum Bots” gave a drum roll, the Golden Knights finally enter the battlefield with a fantastic intro song called “John Wick Mode.”

The Golden Knights also carry the loudest goal horn in hockey- The Kahlenberg KPH-130C “Triton” Electric Piston provides an output of over 147 db. The team’s goal song “Vegas Lights” by Panic! At The Disco exactly exemplifies what a goal song should be and it’s a perfect choice. And of course, their victory song is none other than “Viva Las Vegas” by Elvis Presley.

All in all, the Vegas Golden Knights fanbase brings a ton of passion every time they head to the rink. Additionally, If there are any modifications I would make to the gameday presentations, they would be very minimal. The Golden Knights gameday production team is one of the best, and they’re only going to step up their game in the playoffs.
