The Vegas Golden Knights expansion draft is just days away, and we’re here to get you ready.

Here we go Vegas Golden Knights fans. This is the moment your team has been waiting all year-long for; it’s the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft!

The Golden Knights have been at work and prepping hard for this historic day in franchise history. We could still see a ton of movement just hours before the protection lists are submitted. In all honesty, we really don’t know what’s going to happen.

Vegas General Manager George McPhee has been running mock drafts with his front office and scouts since October of 2016.  They know exactly how they want to build their team and they’re going to accumulate as many picks and prospects as possible. It’s all about planning for the future if you’re the Golden Knights.

A lot has changed since my first mock draft I did on this site just a few months ago. I’ve made a few adjustments this time around that should fit the needs of the Golden Knights. So let’s see how this goes, here are my picks for the Vegas Golden Knights! Enjoy!
