The Vegas Golden Knights jerseys look like they’ll sport an original style.
Things are really starting to pick up for the Vegas Golden Knights over the last few days. The preseason schedule was made official. The working partnership with “The D” Casino in Las Vegas came together. And not to mention rumors have been running rampant and the Golden Knights name keeps coming up.
Let’s put all that aside for now, and let’s talk about what’s going on with the Vegas Golden Knights jerseys. The NHL and Addidas will release each team’s set of home and road uniforms on June the 20th in Las Vegas. Which begs the question, what will the Vegas Golden Knights inaugural uniforms look like?
Today, the NHL released teasers of each team’s jerseys on each team’s Twitter account. There were ones that looked changed, and there were those that looked unchanged. But the Golden Knights jerseys have me in shock from what I see in the teaser photos.
At first look, I said to myself, “Well these jerseys look awfully familiar to another team that’s also coming to Las Vegas.” There has to me more than this; there’s no way they can go with the Raiders colors. Where do the gold and red come into play?
I sure hope there’s more than just black and steel gray otherwise, this jersey looks very stale and boring. Vegas Golden Knights Owner Bill Foley loved how the road uniforms came out, but there hasn’t been any photos or teasers of those. Here’s a sneak peek of what the Vegas Golden Knights jerseys look like from the teaser pictures:
Obviously, it’s hard to judge off these photos particularly when they’re only sneak peek images. The full reveal will give us more clarity of what they’ll look like in full. But as of right now, I’m not impressed.

Either way, Vegas fans will cheer for their newest team no matter how beautiful or ugly the jersey looks. The team’s fan shop will open up just in time before their big reveal. Fans can start preordering their Golden Knights jerseys at “The Armory” at T-Mobile Arena on June 20th. Get excited Golden Knights fans, just five nights of sleep until the big day, and six more sleeps til we get some players!
